In short yes, these bits do fit the sizes of other 28mm or similar sized ranges. For example, Corvus Belli's Infinity the Game has models with smaller realistic proportions compared to "Heroic" GW. While most conversion brands are geared towards GW's style this makes many online stores' offings, while work, seem a tad too big on CB miniatures' bodies.
