Not long after making a recent order I got an email indicating that some of the heads I had ordered had been discontinued. Mad Robot was apologetic and made it up to me by throwing in an extra set of heads (in addition to the one I was able to swap out) as well as upgrading my shipping. Very up-front and efficient!
