I placed an order and received my items quickly, and they are great quality. There was a mistake in my order but Steve replied to my email within a couple hours and sent a replacement the next day. I love the items offered by Mad Robot and I have just placed my second order today!

I ordered and received the "Guilder" model, this being the first time I've ordered from MRM. Let me start by saying that this model is top notch quality, and I intend to order more minis from MRM in the near future. I hope to see more models like the Guilder, that can represent civilians in the grim dark future...I think there is a void out there and MRM could probably do quite well serving this niche. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

I came to this website in my hunt for alternative plastic or resin bits to make my Games Workshop Imperial Guardsmen stand out. Gotta say, Mad Robot did not disappoint in the least. Great casts, solid detail, and minimal flash or mold lines! I actually found working with this much more pleasant than anything I've ever purchased from Forge World, so clearly this is some pretty top notch stuff. And if that wasn't enough, the sheer size of options available, stunning!

Needless to say, I plan on being a loyal customer.

Ordered a squad on a whim to try out, received exceptional quality models with very reasonably priced shipping (USA to AUS is normally really pricey).
There was one small error in what I was shipped, when I contacted Steve he immediately sent me out replacement parts at no cost.
